Bill Munday, one of the most generous and impactful philanthropists in Austin, changed the lives of countless individuals and transformed our community with his charitable support. He passed away on August 19, 2018. 

Mr. Munday was a champion for the American Heart Association's mission to build a world of longer, healthier lives, starting right here in Austin. His legacy is one of inspiration. Each year, the AHA utilized a gift from Bill and Pat Munday as a match to inspire other donors at the Heart Ball; this tradition raised more than $700,000 for the AHA over the past seven years.
